Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is prepared, shipped and delivered, so you can shop with confidence and focus on what matters most: better rest.

Order Processing (1 - 2 business days)

Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day. Orders are typically processed and dispatched for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as seasonal promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Delivery Times (5 - 9 business days)

After order processing and dispatched for shipping, delivery to United Kingdom takes 5 to 9 business days. To ensure reliable delivery across the United Kingdom, Belle Lavé works with trusted international logistics and postal partners. Orders will be delivered by well-known carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, UPS, or other established postal services operating within the UK. We carefully select our shipping partners to provide a dependable and secure delivery experience for every order.

Total Delivery Time (6 - 11 business days)

Order processing time and delivery time takes 6 to 11 business days. Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping times may be affected by:

  • courier delays
  • customs inspections
  • severe weather
  • peak shipping periods

All shipments include tracking information, allowing you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery. Our goal is to ensure your Belle Lavé products arrive safely and as smoothly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Belle Lavé always provides free shipping costs in the United Kingdom for all orders and products.

UK customers will not be charged any additional customs duties, import VAT, or courier handling fees after checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Belle Lavé works with trusted and high quality international fulfilment partners and warehouses in Asia to deliver orders efficiently to the United Kingdom.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact us and we will arrange this promptly.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the name used for the order

We will work with the courier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery details. Belle Lavé cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject damaged goods. Early contact helps us investigate with the courier more effectively. We may request photos of the packaging or product in order to investigate with the courier. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
