At Belle Lavé, we believe rest should feel effortless, including your experience with us. If your order isn’t quite as expected, whether it’s the texture, tone or fit, we’re here to support you. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we aim to handle every return with care, clarity and respect.

30-Days Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, sleep masks must not show signs of use.
We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Items returned in original condition will receive a full refund.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Restocking Fees

Belle Lavé does not charge restocking fees for approved returns. If your return meets the conditions outlined in this policy and has been authorised by our support team, you will receive a refund for the returned product without any additional handling or restocking deductions.

Damaged, Faulty, Lost or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you have 30 days to reject it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible. Early notification helps us resolve issues faster. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable). We will assess the matter promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used
  • Items not in original condition

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or product, please return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please first initiate the return process as explained in this policy. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed, within 14 calendar days of us receiving your return (or proof of postage), to your original payment method (or store credit upon request).

Where you have exercised your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your refund will include the standard delivery charge originally paid.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the transaction. If more than 14 calendar days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@bellelave.com

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment it is placed until 14 days after delivery. If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may return it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Refunds will include the standard delivery cost paid at checkout (if applicable), in accordance with UK law. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
